General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the MYONPRO® website by consumers. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care. Images and photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, excluding taxes, MYONPRO® benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme (VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI).
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated before order confirmation. No free shipping is offered unless explicitly stated.

4. Ordering and payment
Full payment is due at the time of ordering. The order is considered final after payment has been validated. A confirmation will be sent by email.

5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer or to the collection point selected during the ordering process. MYONPRO® cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer when entering information or selecting the delivery method. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returns are only accepted for products that are unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.

7. Refunds
If the return is accepted, the refund will only cover the price of the product. The initial delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Responsibility
MYONPRO® cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products. In any event, MYONPRO®'s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

9. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
