Preparation time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

We work with Mondial Relay , offering delivery:

in France and in the majority of European Union countries.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number , allowing you to track your package at any time.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange a product , you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make the request.
Items must be unused , in their original packaging , with all labels and protective materials intact .
To initiate a return, please complete the contact form available on our website, indicating your order number and the reason for the return .
Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part during shipping.
